ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

To be admitted to this institution, one must be willing to abide by the rules and regulations of the school and be a part of the LCCT Community. The following requirements must be met:

NEW STUDENTS

Photocopy of Report Card, Birth Certificate (PSA), Baptismal Certificate, and Confirmation Certificate

Colored Picture (2×2) 2 copies

Good Moral recommendation from the Adviser, Counselor or Principal

OLD STUDENTS

Original copy of the Report Card

Summer Certificate if student took summer class

COLLEGE TRANSFEREES

Honorable Dismissal
